I love to use coins in my mixed media work, and Chinese coins are a particular favorite because of the square opening in the middle and the beautiful designs. These over-sized versions are particularly fun to use in your work - the pre-drilled holes make them ideal for use in jewelry, or any application where you would want to use a jump ring to hang them. They're also perfect as an accent in the top layer of a mixed media panel, or for use in shadow boxes, shrines, or other assemblage pieces.
