Looking for larger sari scraps? This is a collection of larger scraps that I couldn't bring myself to cut up to sell by the ounce. There are a variety of colors, styles, and levels of embellishment available. Plus, you get to choose the exact scrap you want to receive.
I have been gathering a selection of larger sari scraps that I couldn't bring myself to cut in order to include in my "by the ounce" offerings. These include yokes from tunics, large panels from skirts and saris that are covered with beautiful beaded patterns, larger pieces of elaborate trim, and more. There are even a few pieces of hand painted chiffon!
I've included the measurement of the longest side of each piece as a size reference. Colors are as exact as possible, but please allow for differences in different screens and settings. Note that these are scraps. There are jagged and / or fraying edges, loose threads, missing or loose embellishments, and sometimes small tears. I've tried to photograph the pieces so that this shows, but it's not as obvious for the more elaborate ones. These are as-is pieces that are full of character and ready and waiting to be upcycled into new projects.
