This mixed media piece, entitled "Change," is based on a collage of painted deli papers, stenciled and embossed with pigment inks, embossing powder, and molding paste. The surface is sealed with artist grade acrylic mediums.
Stenciled areas (archival ink) are coated with artist grade polymer medium for textural and visual interest, and stenciled and sealed embellishments are topped with metal findings with acrylic rhinestones in the centers. All four sides of the piece are also collaged and painted (paints are artist grade.)
