I love to make and wear tribal jewelry and these fantastic vintage Kuchi pendants from Central Asia are some of my favorite components to use when I design a necklace. This piece is built around a triangular pendant with a red glass center stone. The necklace itself is brown knotted imitation leather interspersed with small vintage Kuchi coin pendants, large and small Balinese style silver spacer beads, and red recycled glass beads from Africa. The necklace closes with a traditional Kuchi S-closure (no fumbling with a lobster clasp!)
The necklace hangs down 12" (25" total length including the closure,) and the drop of the pendant is another 4-1/2." The necklace also comes with a padded and embroidered zipper pouch from Pakistan.
