This beautiful little tribal style "talisman" necklace features a double bronze circle focal point. The inside circle is a bronze Dogon (or Dutch Donut) trade bead from Africa nestled inside a complementary bronze circle from my stash. I built the rest of the pendant around a large batik bone bead along with two cobalt blue recycled glass disc beads, an aqua glass bead, and an antique clear Dogon bead, all also from Africa. There's a dark blue Indian glass bead below the knot in the black leather cord that defines the start of the pendant. Cobalt blue Czech glass Picasso beads form the "v" up either side of the necklace, ending with small bronze African disk beads. The cord ends with brass cord caps connected to a toggle style closure.
This necklace is a versatile piece that pairs just as easily with jeans as it does with a caftan or business wear. The cord is 22" and the drop on the pendant is 3."
