"Morning Song" is a piece that I did in early 2020 for the release of some of my rubber stamp sets with PaperArtsy. This piece was originally done on 9" x 12" illustration board and features layers of paint and stamping in the background. I added more painted and stamped papers as well as some rust-dyed fabric. On top is perched a hand-colored bird, singing its morning song from atop a twig from a real tree, accented with stamped and colored leaves. (The twig was cured in the oven to remove any critters.)
The artwork is titled, signed, and dated on the back and comes matted in an archival 12" x 16" photo mat and is ready to frame. It will come with an illustration board backing in an acetate sleeve and it will be wrapped to prevent any damage during shipping.
