The "Tribal Fish" and "Tribal Peacocks" series include 5 pieces of original mixed media artwork with boho-style fish and peacock images as the focal points. They have collaged backgrounds, paint, marks, and ephemera to create unique pieces of art with global-eclectic flair. Each comes matted and is ready to frame.

These pieces are all part of my collection of affordable, ready-to-frame original artwork. Each of these is done on paper and is approximately 4" x 6" and comes in an acid free 5" x 7" photo mat. The pieces are each mounted to the back of the mats with archival framing tape and they all come with a chipboard or mounting board backing in a plastic sleeve. All artwork is titled, signed, and dated on the back and will be carefully wrapped and supported for shipping.
Tribal Fish #1, #2, & #3: These pieces were created to showcase my EGL15 Tribal Fish rubber stamp set from PaperArtsy. I created a collaged substrate on heavy coated cardstock with some of my handmade collage papers. The fish images are stamped on patterned vellum and hand-colored with colored pencils. I've accented each piece with vintage British bus tickets as well as pieces of vintage paper measuring tape and vinyl disc beads from Africa and finished the works with outlining and mark making.
Tribal Peacocks #1 & #2: These two pieces were created to show how my EGL16, EGL17, and EGL18 (Tribal Peacocks) rubber stamp sets from PaperArtsy could all be used together. Each of these pieces was created on heavy paper and the backgrounds are collaged with vintage maps, handmade collage papers, handmade lace papers, and stamped tickets from my EGL17 stamp set. The peacocks are stamped and hand-colored on cardstock and then carefully cut out to highlight the details. I finished each piece with penwork to frame, highlight, and add marks.
