The blender pencil blends and softens hard edges in colored pencil artwork. It consists of a clear, clean formula that allows for heavy layering while colors below remain bright. I use these almost any time that I use colored pencils to get a smoother and more saturated finish, as well as to help with seamlessly blending colors and layers.
