I love this pencil for quick shadows and shading effects in my work. Use it with a paintbrush and water or a waterbrush to create easy shading for your art journals, mixed media artwork, paper crafts, and more. It's water soluble when you first write with it, but after you activate and spread the color with water and let it dry, it becomes permanent.
