It's no secret that I love textiles, especially these gorgeous embellished sari trims from India! You only need a small piece to add big impact to your projects, which is why I offer them by the foot - so you can get as much or as little as you need without breaking the bank.
I love to use these as borders inside of shadow boxes and shrines, or incorporated into clothing on mixed media portraits. They're great for crazy quilts, art quilting, and other textile arts. Dress up accessories - purses, tablet covers, or clothing. Add a special border to the cover of an art journal or travel notebook... the possibilities are endless! You can leave them as is or cut them apart for even more options.
Trims are sold by the foot (unless marked otherwise - some are sold in smaller increments because of the scale of the design and I've adjusted prices accordingly. This makes it so I don't have to cut elements in half - like those gorgeous pearl flowers that look like a lotus bloom!) If you want more than one foot I cut to order, so they will come in a continuous length wherever possible. See the trim name in the drop-down selector for the width.
