Boho Blends are my embossing powders with Emerald Creek featuring eight travel-inspired colors; rich jewel tones, spicy hues that look good enough to eat, and amazing metallics. They're perfect for rubber stamping and card making, mixed media and art journaling, and much more.
I'm thrilled to have teamed up with Emerald Creek to create my own line of embossing powders. These travel-inspired blends are inspired by everything from the Spice Market in Istanbul to the mud brick houses in the arid, dirt desert regions of Southern Uzbekistan, to the local jewelry worn in Myanmar, and Turkmenistan, to an old and aged bronze incense burner I found in a 1,000 year old Taoist hanging temple in China.
I love these blends for the rich jewel tones and beautiful finishes that they bring to my work and I hope you love them too! (You can also check out the Heat Embossing section in my tutorials for more ideas on how to use them.)
*Please note - these powders are special artisan blends that are hand-dyed in small batches. As a result, you may see some slight variations between batches.

Choose your Blend:
Spice Market Kit (3 jars - $21.99): When cooking up your project, head to our Spice Market. Saffron, Paprika, and Cinnamon add an amazing opaque warmth for a beautiful visual effect. (The powders will start to turn white if you continue to heat or re-melt them. I call them self-distressing... they look amazing, but keep in mind that they'll do this in case that's not the effect you're looking for.) Spice Market Individual Colors ($7.99 / ea) Desert Clay ($7.99): A truly rich opaque with the subtle red/brown hue of the Central Asian desert. Burmese Jade ($7.99): Inspired by deep shades of Jade, this rich blue-green has a glossy enamel finish with beautiful, bold depth of color. Lapis Lazuli ($7.99): A rich, deep blue shimmers with gleaming gold that sparkles like its namesake gemstone. Turkish Bronze ($7.99): Where shimmering bronze meets centuries of wear, the blackening of this Turkish bronze is captivating. Wrought Iron ($7.99): Matte black combines with its metallic counterpart to create the texture and aging of old wrought iron gates and fences. |
