This Geometric Aztec patterned ribbon from May Arts features a bold tribal print on a natural background with lightly frayed edges. The wide cotton/linen blend makes this a great option for accenting handbags and pouches, for DIY Boho journal covers, camera straps, and more.
This fun and funky ribbon is made from 50% linen and 50% cotton and is 2-1/2" wide with feathered / frayed edges for a more rustic and natural look. Cotton ribbons are favored because of their organic nature and soft, but durable, texture. While wider ribbon like this is traditionally used on wreaths or for wrapping large gifts, this design makes a statement when added to handbags, turned into a wide belt or camera strap, used for home decor, or for making your own journal or Traveler's Notebook cover. I also like to take patterns like this and cut smaller pieces out of them to add a tactile, textile effect into my mixed media work.
