I love to add these patterned wooden buttons into my work - you can either glue them on or stitch them. The bright and intricate patterns make for a great bit of visual interest. They're perfect for adding pattern and dimension to handmade cards and tags, mixed media artwork (especially portraits!) or for accenting clothes, bags, and other accessories. I also love to layer them with other circular elements in assemblage artwork.
