Washi tape is a go-to supply in my studio, and I keep a bunch of my favorites right at my desk. These tapes are wonderful for adding color, texture, and pattern into the backgrounds of your mixed media artwork, art journal pages, etc... I like to put the wider tapes across the spine on my art journal spreads for added stability and decoration all at the same time.
Some of these tapes are not quite as sticky as I'd like (but they all stick pretty well - I've tested all of them!) but the designs are so lovely that it's worth it. Just add a quick coat of matte medium over top of your tapes and they won't be going anywhere!
