These large vintage Kuchi tribal pendants are from Pakistan and Afghanistan. They're coin pendants with unique glass gems or clusters in the center and are perfect for creating your own tribal or boho jewelry pieces, for belly dancing costumes, or for accenting handbags and accessories. They're also great for mixed media shadow boxes, artwork, and assemblage.
These vintage Kuchi coin pendants are handmade and each is unique. They show some wear and aging and some may need a bit more of a thorough cleaning, but they're in good condition. Some of the pieces I receive have been mended by previous owners, so you may occasionally find a piece that has chains or other pieces held together with threads. I leave those in place to allow you to choose to keep them or fix them in a different way.
These are in good enough condition that you can use and wear them as statement jewelry, but I also love to use them in my mixed media artwork. They're great in assemblage pieces or you'll frequently find these or similar pieces adorning my mixed media portraits.
