These fantastic vintage Kuchi tribal coin pendants are from Pakistan and Afghanistan. These are small coin pendants with multiple small stones and are perfect for creating your own tribal or boho jewelry pieces, for belly dancing costumes, or for accenting handbags and accessories. They're also great for mixed media shadow boxes, artwork, and assemblage.
These fabulous vintage Kuchi coin pendants are each unique. They show some wear and aging and some may need a bit more thorough cleaning, but they're in generally good condition. Some of the pieces I receive have been mended by previous owners, so you may occasionally find a piece that has chains or other pieces held together with threads. I leave those in place to allow you to choose to keep them or fix them in a different way.
These are in good enough condition that you can use and wear them as statement jewelry, but I also love to use them in my mixed media artwork. They're great in assemblage pieces or you'll frequently find these or similar pieces adorning my mixed media portraits.
I've numbered the photos with truly unique pieces so that you can choose the exact piece you want - for the ones that are numbered, there are no guarantees that I can get similar ones again. (I receive these in bulk lots from my suppliers in Pakistan and I get whatever they have on hand. This is also the reason that I can offer these pendants at competitive or even lower than typical US prices.)
Most of these pendants are around 3/4" to 1" in diameter. The largest of the pendants is about 1-1/4."
If you see something you love, grab it while you can!
