I love to work with soft / chalk pastels and while they're fantastic for laying down larger areas of color, sometimes you need a pencil to get at the details. I especially love the white pastel pencils. Not just for adding those fine accents and highlights when I'm working on portraits or other pastel art, but they're also fantastic on black or dark paper or other substrates. Chalk pastel pencils are fabulous directly on the paper and also on top of wood or black gesso.

This package contains two 7-1/4" long chalk pencils. Conforms to ASTM D 4236. Made in the USA.
